- Conferences will be prepared and called by the Alliance once every two years and invite representatives from government, industry, business, schools, academic research institutions, social service organizations, head of AHU branches to attend the conference. Conference discussions are focused on globally concerned issues from the point of Herguan views.
- Information and experience sharing for all organizations of the Alliance in the development of the Herguan theory, benefits to the society and the economy in the application of the Herguan theory, internal and external development.
- Reward Herguan awards to individuals and groups who have contributions on the development or application of Herguan Science.
- Each conference will have all written documents as an evaluation and guidance for the improvement of the next conference.
