  • Applicants should submit an application form.
  • The alliance will issue a membership card after the approval of the committee.
  • $50 US per year for any individual and $500 US per year for any organization will be subject to the applicants for the membership fees.

  • Members have the right to participate in elections. A member can be elected or elect others in the alliance and branches of the alliance.
  • Members can participate any activities held by the Alliance.
  • Members can receive academic information and professional consulting services provided by the Alliance.
  • Members receive discounts in degree education, certificate programs held by the Alliance.
  • Members can be recommended by the Alliance for their professional background, cooperation and works.
  • Members can make suggestions and supervise the operation of the Alliance.
  • Members can cancel their membership with their own free will.

• Abide by all regulations of the Alliance.
• Protect the image, rights and property right of the Alliance.
• Accomplish missions decided or approved by the Alliance.
• Attend activities held by the Alliance per request.
• Pay membership fee in a timely manner
