Members of Board of Directors : The Board of Directors is made-up of 15 members including one chairman, one deputy chairman, one secretary general, and five standing directors. The Board of Directors is the highest administrative office. The founder of the Alliance-Dr. Ying Qiu Wang is the life-long chairman.

Authority of the Board of Directors :
- Set up development strategies and activity plans of the Alliance
- Responsible for important decisions and daily administration of the Alliance.
- Make approval decisions for applications of new or renewal members.
- Make decisions on the establishment of the administration offices, branch offices, representative offices.
- Make decisions on the hiring of deputy chairman, secretary general, head of each branch.
- Act as a leader of the overall operation of all branches.
- Publish external promotional publications and set up an internal management system.
Call for annual conferences or members’ conferences.
- Make decisions for all important matters.
- The office of secretary is set up under the Board of Directors to operate the daily affairs.

2. AHU Councils for Operation or Academic

a. Council of Adversary - A guiding organization for important matters of the Alliance. Members are respectable and hold social influence in the community.

b. Academic Council - The Alliance establishes the following professional committees based on the application and development of Herguan Universe Science :

Professional Committee in Medical Care

Professional Committee in Education

Professional Committee in Health Care, Nutrition and Beauty

Professional Committee in Public Administration Management and Service

Professional Committee in Business Administration and Enterprise Diagnosis

Professional Committee in Literature and the Arts

Professional Committee in Technology Innovation and Development

Professional Committee in Prosperous Global Economy and Continuous Development

Professional Committee in Ecology and Environmental Protection

Each professional committee has a chairperson to develop all academic activities under the guidance of the Academic Council.

All the members of the Alliance can participate in all activities listed above according to their academic background and interest.

Professional Committees can be extended according to the development needs.

c. Evaluation Council - hire a professional authority to evaluate the workings of the group members, individual members who apply, and to promote and develop the Herguan Universe Science.

Responsibilities of the Council are as follows : Regulate the evaluation standards and principles of “Herguan Universe Achievement Award”

Preview and review nominated materials.
Grant the awards with the AdversaryCouncil and the AcademicCouncil after the approval of the Board of Directors.

d. AHU Foundation - Formed by government, industry, schools, academic organizations, foundations and individuals and it invites financial professionals in management. The responsibilities of the Foundation are:
Raise funds globally for the Alliance activities including research funds, education funds, and reward funds.

Responsible for the management and operation of the funding operations.

e. AHU External relation and Development Committee-an organization development and international cooperation organization of the Alliance. Responsibilities include :

Daily communication and service for members, and the international branches of the Alliance.
Seek out and find new group members and individual members for the Alliance.
Develop the external relationships and international cooperation of the Alliance.

3. AHU Entities in Research Education and Application

a. AHU Academy of Science - The Research base of Herguan Universe. Conduct research in the theory, imitation, application and results evaluation of Science of Herguan Universe. The academy applies the academician system to do research and cultivation, subdivisions include:
- Medical Research Center
- Prosperity Economics Research Center
- Ecology and Environmental Protection Research Center
- Rebuild Glorious Universe Research Center

b. California University of Science & Technology - CUSTECH - an officially registered university under California government. The University is a higher educational institution based on the successful establishment of UEWM and HGU. There are five colleges in the University, each college grants it’s own master’s and doctoral degrees.

c. International Executive Training Center - IETC - As a continuing education organization, this training center develops a series of advanced professional certification programs to train professionals for technology, business and other industries with intensive education.

d. Health & Medical Care Center - HMCC- a solid foundation for the development and service of Herguan medical care, functions are as follows :

Provide disease prevention, health care, diagnosis and treatment services for groups and individuals based on the Herguan Medical Care system.

Collaborate with international medical institutions and professionals to provide diagnosis and treatment of serious diseases including unknown diseases.

Collaborate with institutions and professionals to work on smoking cessation, quitting drugs and mental consultations.

Provide clinical training for Herguan medical professionals.

e. Glorious Results Delivery Center - GRDC- a communication platform for the Science of Herguan Universe, a solid practice combining the Science of Herguan Universe and industry, a promotion center for Herguan products with the following divisions:
- News and Media Center
- Press
- Works of the Alliance and Product Center

4. AHU International Branches in the World – the Alliance plan to establish the following branches based on its foundation

North America Branch, Vancouver, Canada

South America Branch, San Diego, Chili

Australia Branch, Sydney, Australia

Europe Branch, Berlin, Germany

Asia Branch, Hong Kong, China

China Branch, Beijing, China
- All branches will incorporate the local features to their operation based on the principles of the Alliance.
- All branches will report to the Alliance regarding their plans and operations.
- All branches will not work on anything against the objectives and mission of the Alliance.
