GENERAL PROVISIONS

Name of organization : Alliance of Herguan Universe, initial as AHU
Nature : An International non-profit academic organization.
Location of Headquarters : 595 Lawrence Expressway Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA
Purpose of Academic :
- The academic purpose of the Alliance is based on the Herguan Law and Herguan Chain Management, which were founded by Dr.Ying Qiu Wang, President of the University of East West Medicine. To educate humans in regard to how to apply the energy from the universe into our daily life and continuously develop a healthy, successful, beautiful, civilized, and harmonious society.

- All activities of this Alliance shall be exempt from any tax issues regardless of nation, region, organization, politic, religion, and privacy.

Objective :
Glorify the universe, rebuild the universe from individuals to families, companies, nations, Union Nation, the earth, and the universe toward health, success, quality, beauty, civilization and harmony.

Mission :
Actively begin the following three activities globally in accordance with the Herguan Law.

- Publicize Herguan education. Promote and educate people with the fundamental principles of the Herguan Law. Direct people from all walks of life to apply the Herguan Law to their daily issues such as relationships, family, society, and their career. Effectively enhance the civilization and health of the society.

- Start educational activities for industries related to the Herguan Universe Science and enhancement. Direct and assist people in the fields of science, industry, business, administration, education, culture, sports, arts and medical care to be successful or more successful in their learning, job seeking, business operation, enterprise establishment, and/or career transition. Enhance the economy and quality of the society and individuals.

- Start activities in academic research and international networking based on the Herguan Universe Science. Especially in how to develop and use resources of the earth, protect the ecological and human environment; rebuild a glorious universe. Let people on the earth build a healthy, successful, beautiful, civil, and harmonious living environment with continuous development.
